We are looking forward to opening our doors and welcoming you back. There are just a few things that we need to update you on so you know what to expect:

  • Our takeaway menu will also be running during these times for collection only .

Covid Safety

Your safety is extremely important to us at the Olway Inn so special measures will be in place to prevent contact and maintain social distancing

  • Infrared thermometers will be used to take staff temperatures before entering the premises.
  • All staff are fully trained on prevention of Covid-19 and will be wearing PPE.
  • Dedicated cleaning staff on throughout each shift and toilets will be cleaned every 30 minutes.
  • All non-essential items have been removed to minimise touch points.
  • Five SANITISER stations have been installed on all entry points including the toilets, they are also on every dining table and in all rooms.
  • All of our dinning areas are set out in order to maintain social distancing.
  • We will be providing table service and you must remain seated to ensure no queuing and people can stay safe.
  • Take Away service is still available and our menu is online.
  • We will be offering contactless check-in and check-out for anyone staying with us.
  • All rooms will be cleaned and then sanitised (Ask staff or look at our risk assessment for more details).
  • Laundry is cleaned, and boiled at 75 degrees and above to ensure any bacteria is fully removed.
  • During these uncertain times we will not enter your room to service it if you stay more than three days we will move you into a clean sanitised room to avoid cross contamination of your belongings
  • If you need tea or coffee or clean towels etc just ask a member of staff and we will leave them outside your room.
